1. Who can apply to work with San Global Inc.?Licensed/Registered Practical Nurses (LPN/RPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) with at least 1 year of experience in ER, public health, med-surg, home care, long term care or mental health are encouraged to apply. You must hold (or be eligible for) a valid Canadian nursing license.

2. Do I need to have experience working in remote or Indigenous communities?No, but it is a strong asset. Our training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and confidence needed to transition successfully into this unique environment.

3. What kind of support will I receive during my placement?You’ll receive 24/7 support from our nurse-led team. From travel logistics and housing to clinical issues, we are just a call or message away throughout your assignment.

4. Is training provided before deployment?Yes. All nurses complete our Remote Nursing Orientation Program, which includes cultural competency, clinical readiness, safety, and documentation modules—plus an optional 5-day practicum depending on your nursing specialty, experience and position.

5. How long are the assignments?Assignments typically range from 4 weeks to 6 weeks or longer. We offer flexible contract lengths based on your availability and community needs.

6. Do you cover travel and accommodation?Yes. Travel arrangements and safe, comfortable accommodations are fully coordinated and covered by San Global Inc.

7. Will I be paid as an employee or contractor?We offer both structures depending on your preference and the province of work. We will walk you through your options during onboarding.
